Features & Screenshots

According to a Gallup study, more than 84% of employees have little or no emotional connection to their company. The reasons for this are primarily the lack of transparency and disorientation in daily work.

Rocket Routine is a software that makes the company’s goals and strategy transparent and accessible to all employees through simple routines. This not only increases the motivation of the employees, but everyone can contribute and work on the global goals and the big picture!

Rocket Routine is more than just an OKR software and supports corporate management. In many companies the overall strategic framework is spread over different sources, products and software. For example, elements such as Purpose and Values are posted on billboards. The mission is found on the website, the vision and strategic goals in PowerPoints, and quarterly goals and OKRs in Excel files.

Rocket Routine brings all this information and more together in a common interface for everyone in the organization. By being transparent and up-to-date, everyone always knows what the company is all about and what the strategy and goals are.

Dashboards and Strategy Canvases

All relevant information can be brought together in individual or global dashboards, making it available to everyone in the company. A wide variety of data can be displayed via different widgets:

  • Strategy documents and Canvases
  • Goals, their progress and confidence level
  • KPIs – overviews and single values
  • Tasks, ToDo lists and boards
  • External websites and documents (e. g. Google Sheets)
  • Documents (texts, pictures, links, …)

Goals

Goals of all types and time horizons can be defined, planned and implemented with Rocket Routine. Both OKR logic (Objectives and Key Results) and other goal methods (e.g. SMART) can be used. By linking long-term goals (e.g., vision), medium-term goals (e.g., three-year goal), the annual goals and quarterly goals, a concrete understanding of how the development and achievement of results pays into the company’s long-term strategy is created.

  • Goals with any time periods, groupings, and goal types
  • Goals / Objectives with description, why, accountability
  • Results / Key Results with description, metrics, accountability
  • Check-ins with progress, confidence level, documents, tasks
  • Messenger with comments and @-mentions

KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) represent relevant information about the state of the business and, together with Objectives (OKRs), form the basis to assess progress and make decisions along the way.

The KPIs in Rocket Routine can be defined flexibly. Regular check-ins update and update the data so that trends and progress can be identified. A traffic light system and aggregation show the current state of individual or even entire groups of KPIs.

  • Arbitrary time periods and groupings
  • KPIs with description, why, accountability
  • Type of KPI (rising, falling, range, …)
  • Data types (numbers, percentages)
  • Cumulated or single values
  • Cycle of data collection
  • Definition of limits and color models

Tasks

Tasks are used to operationalize the strategy, goals or decisions. In task management and any Kanban boards, tasks can be represented, their progress tracked, delegated, etc.

Tasks can be created everywhere in the system and are linked directly with that source – e. g. a goal. Due to the integration possibilities, tasks can also be transferred to external systems, a click on the provided backlink leads the user back to the point of origin.

  • Subject, Date, Status, Accountable, Description

About the company Rocket Routine

Rocket Routine GmbH, based in Karlsruhe, Germany, enables companies to use cloud-based software to make their vision, strategy, and goals transparent to everyone in their daily business and to support the execution, and thus to align everyone with the global goals.

An experienced team of software, consulting and marketing experts founded Rocket Routine GmbH in 2022. The founding team, with decades of experience in entrepreneurship, software development, consulting, agile transformation and their large network, creates optimal synergies for customers.
Rocket Routine primarily works virtually, distributed and self-organized. The experience gained during the agile transformation of the about ZERO company group in recent years has led to the need to provide employees with more orientation, accountability and the ability to act. With their own leadership model, companies can now largely work without managers and in a self-organized manner.

At the same time, it was necessary to jointly develop and anchor the overarching strategic framework of the leadership model (purpose, vision, mission, values, principles) as well as the associated goals. This requirement resulted in developing the product Rocket Routine, which enables users to document this elaborated content and make it available to everyone in the company. This is a valuable contribution to the good functioning of companies, especially due to digitalization and the move to home offices.

With its holistic approach of software, coaching and partner concept, it supports its users from the development of content to transparent documentation and systematic implementation to achieve their goals. In this way, the organizations reduce bottlenecks and micromanagement and enable everyone to make their individual contribution to achieving the common goals.
