The licensing model covers the Training cost (upto 10 sessions, depending upon the number of users).

Quantive will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Quantive's Service available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage (defined below) of at least 99.95% (Enterprise plan) / 99.9% (all other plans), during any monthly, quarterly or annual billing cycles (the "Service Commitment").

Profit.co services have an uptime guarantee of 99.9%

Planned Downtime will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Profit.co will give at least 2 weeks of notice. Our maintenance activities are usually performed on Saturdays (Non business hours)

Data is available at https://status.Quantive.com/ - for the last 90 days the mean time between failures (partial and major) is 20 days, across both US and EU data centres and all web services. Data will vary between services and data centres.

Profit.co have high availability for all the infrastructure components. We do not foresee any downtime. If there is any issue with underlying storage or network components - it will be maximum of 30 minutes
